Objects of the Moon Return Policy Each item from Objects of the Moon is handmade with care, and many pieces are one of a kind. Returns Eligible, noncustomized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact me through Verra before returning an item. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and securely packaged. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns. Original shipping charges are not refundable where permitted by law and platform policy. Custom and Personalized Items Custom or personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the agreed description, or a return is otherwise required by law or Verra policy. Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or it is significantly different from its description, please contact me through Verra as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging. I will work with you to find an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law and Verra’s policies. Handmade Details Real dried flowers and handmade materials naturally vary in shape, color, and texture. These small differences are part of what makes each piece unique and are not, by themselves, defects. Thank you for supporting handmade work and Objects of the Moon.
