ETC — Empty the Cup Studio is named for three ideas: the Buddhist practice of beginning with an open mind, the daily ritual of emptying the studio’s small crucible to start fresh, and the cup itself, a timeless glass form reflecting the intimate scale of the studio and its process. While glass remains the foundation, ETC also speaks to et cetera, the thoughtful integration of other materials, seamlessly paired with glass to bring each idea to completion.
