A porcelain hand-thrown grater plate in clean white, with a spiral of raised teeth at the center for grinding garlic, ginger or hard cheese, a pour spout at the rim and a looped handle for your thumb. Add oil right to the dish and you have a dip without dirtying a bowl. Fired to vitrification and food safe.
