This thrown one piece dish could be used for collecting your rings or holding sugar. The form was thrown with a white stoneware clay body, decorated with a subtracted banded design to accent the two layered cone six glazes.

The heart of my work is meant to connect the simple and sublime of life’s impressions to be personally evaluated with each use. The pace of our world has changed how we interact with our surroundings and how we serve and hold what fuels us. My work is the catalyst to connect us back to these times and slow us down to take in the moment we may be currently experiencing by forming culture of holding, using and admiring something that is made by hand.
