Verra accounts can be deleted at any time, along with the associated data.
Open Settings, then Delete Account. Deletion is completed within 30 days.
Send a request to support@verra.app from the email address on the account with the subject line "Delete my account." Verra will confirm the request and complete deletion within 30 days.
Profile information, listings, saved items, followers and following, messages, and analytics identifiers are permanently deleted.
Records of completed transactions are retained as required for tax, payment processing, and legal compliance. Stripe retains payment records under its own privacy policy. Retained records are kept only as long as the law requires.
